You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, raise a request from our website using the return option available in your order details.

Once the request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via UPI to the mobile number used during checkout.

If UPI is not available on that number, we will request an alternate UPI ID via email.
