We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery with ₹100 return shipping fee.

You can request a return or exchange directly from our website by selecting the appropriate reason.

Eligibility & Conditions (Returns & Exchanges)

Items are allowed for try-on only (to check size and fit) and must not be worn beyond that.

Items must be unwashed with original tags attached and original packaging intact.

Damaged / Defective Items (Free Return)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ve got you covered with 100% free return or replacement.

Upload clear photo proof when raising the request; an unboxing video is recommended for faster verification.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI to the customer.
