Eligibility

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received has a manufacturing defect. Please review the item description and size chart carefully to ensure you order the correct product. If you receive a defective product, the quickest way to resolve the issue is to return the defective item.

Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and clear images of the defective product are also required.

We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if you discover a defect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it efficiently.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
